📋 Description

• Own an area of Syndio's methodology and asset library, such as comparator group logic, regression modeling, or remediation methodology • Lead a small squad as a senior individual contributor, guide its roadmap, prioritize work, and maintain the technical bar • Apply statistical methods to complex customer situations, including unusual workforce structures, small-group modeling, contested comparator choices, and novel regulatory tests • Build scalable customer briefings, methodology guides, model documentation, and worked examples • Partner with Product and AI teams to embed methodology into Decisions and Essentials • Translate custom analytics into product requirements and support product and development teams on design and implementation plans • Review model outputs and identify edge cases • Anchor customer QBRs, regulatory inflection points, and board-adjacent conversations • Surface methodological gaps and customer patterns to Principal-level colleagues and Product • Partner with data science and development teams to advance outcomes for total rewards customers

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on quantitative work in labor economics, statistics, econometrics, industrial-organizational psychology, or a directly related field, applied to compensation, workforce, or pay equity questions • Deep facility with regression modeling and comparator methodology • Ability to build a defensible pay equity model, explain its limitations, and defend methodological choices to non-technical audiences • Ability to translate quantitative rigor into actionable language for CHROs, works councils, or CSMs • Experience embedding methodology into a product, tool, or repeatable workflow • Strong judgment regarding what data supports versus what customers want it to say • Track record of building content, documentation, or enablement materials • Comfort translating quantitative expertise into AI-mediated product capability • Experience in HR tech, compensation, people analytics, or a similarly data-intensive enterprise domain is a strong plus
