📋 Description

• Lead studies end to end: frame questions, design measurement, run analyses, and write findings • Shape flagship research reports and partner studies • Combine Syndio pay-decision data with external labor-market, survey, and benchmark data • Build reusable research methods • Build outcome and ROI models connecting pay governance to attrition, cost, risk, and performance • Join executive conversations at strategic accounts and translate findings for CHROs and CFOs • Bring customer questions back to shape future studies • Partner with product and data science teams to incorporate research into features, benchmarks, and reporting • Co-author reports, articles, and executive briefings with source-traceable external claims

🎯 Requirements

• A PhD or equivalent depth in industrial-organizational psychology, behavioral or decision science, labor economics, statistics, or a related field • Track record of following applied research through to impact, beyond publication record • Hands-on quantitative skills: causal and quasi-experimental methods, psychometrics and survey design • Working fluency in Python or R and SQL on large, messy, real-world data • Comfort presenting findings to senior customers, including CHROs and CFOs • Ability to work across data warehouses and boardroom-level discussions • Judgment to work within strict data-use and privacy boundaries
