📋 Description

• Provide virtual-first psychosocial assessments and psychotherapy to individuals with serious mental illness • Facilitate patient engagement and follow-up care • Provide audio-only follow-up sessions in the event of technical issues • Document treatment response and monitor clinical symptoms • Provide support and advocacy to caregivers and family members of patients with dementia and serious mental illness • Lead/facilitate support groups and group therapy

🎯 Requirements

• Active and unrestricted licensure as one of the following in Florida: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) • Experience with screening for common mental health and/or substance use disorders • Experience with assessment and treatment planning for common mental health and/or substance use disorders • Experience conducting psychotherapy via telehealth • Comfort working in a startup environment with a rapidly growing and evolving team • Ability to work with patients via telehealth platform and via telephone • Bilingual (Spanish-English and/or Haitian-Creole/English) preferred
