📋 Description
• Write, edit, and proofread content across web pages, email campaigns (including sequences), social media, blogs, guides, and FAQs • Ensure all content follows established brand voice, messaging, and visual standards • Assist with website content updates, audits, and ongoing maintenance through our CMS • Assist with SEO basics: keyword usage, metadata, headings, and internal linking • Support A/B testing and use basic analytics to see how content performs • Stay informed on digital marketing trends and best practices, including AI tools that support the workflow
🎯 Requirements
• 0–2 years of writing experience (marketing, blogging, social, copywriting, internships, or university publications) • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • Portfolio or writing samples showing range across formats and voice • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace • Familiarity with CMS platforms, email marketing tools, or social media management tools • Experience with Sitecore • Basic understanding of SEO and email marketing principles
