• Pipeline & Forecast Management: Set pipeline and forecasting benchmarks across partner tiers; leverage enterprise-level insights to guide decisions. • New Business Execution: Architect transformational go-to-market initiatives; drive systemic partner-led growth strategies. • Repeatable Sales Plays: Establish frameworks for repeatable sales plays; scale best practices across geographies and partner segments. • Collaboration: Lead global collaboration efforts across functions and business units; shape enterprise-level partner engagement. • Stakeholder Engagement: Influence Autodesk’s partner strategy through deep market intelligence; lead executive-level partner advocacy.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 7 years of proven sales and/or partner sales experience • Bachelor’s degree or sufficient related work experience • Ability to influence and motivate without direct authority • Strong business acumen • Proactive approach, flexible, able to operate in constantly changing environment
