âą 3+ years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or solution consulting âą Proven success in high-volume / mid-market / SMB sales environments âą Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and deal progression âą Excellent coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills âą Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment âą Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders âą Travel 50%+ (including flights and international at times)
