📋 Description

• Oversee and drive the progress and results of assigned accounts within the portfolio • Ensure client utilization of AutoFi’s Product Suite aligns with clients’ objectives • Build working relationships with dealers, owners, decision makers, and management • Conduct needs assessment reviews and create strategic action plans • Identify barriers and core issues hindering client business objectives • Resolve in-the-moment bottlenecks using problem-solving and strategic insight • Maintain client relationships through regular virtual screen-share engagements • Address at-risk clients and formulate action plans to retain relationships • Drive additional business and revenue through store expansions and product upsells • Ensure ROI and measurable results for AutoFi partners

🎯 Requirements

• Remote support; must have very good internet/home office setup • Automotive Digital Retailing SaaS Vendor Account Management or Consultant expertise required • Automotive Dealership experience in Sales, Finance preferred • Assertiveness and persuasive skills • Disciplined, systematic, detail-oriented, and analytical approach to work • Strong work ethic • High computer literacy • Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office • Familiarity with common DMS systems, F&I systems, and F&I tools • Proficiency with automotive CRM software • Ability to multitask and adjust priorities • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills • Relationship-building skills
