• Design, management and implementation of marketing automation initiatives in HubSpot, as well as in other tools such as Salesforce, Braze or Brevo • Ownership of building, developing and optimizing complex customer journeys and campaign structures • Planning and leading marketing automation projects – from concept to execution • Structuring, prioritizing and coordinating tasks and requirements across multiple projects • Developing and implementing segmentation strategies and data-driven automation logic • Ensuring high quality standards through testing, monitoring and continuous optimization • Managing and improving CRM data structures and ensuring clean data processes • Close collaboration with cross-functional teams from consulting, creative and tech, and advising internal and external stakeholders • Documenting, standardizing and improving processes and best practices • Analyzing campaign performance and deriving concrete optimization measures
• Several years of practical experience in CRM, marketing automation or email marketing • Strong experience with HubSpot; familiarity with other platforms such as Salesforce, Braze or Brevo is a plus • Solid understanding of data-driven marketing, CRM structures and complex process logic • Strong organizational skills and experience in project management • High quality standards and a careful, structured way of working • Proactive, independent working style with a drive to push topics forward and find solutions • Quick learner with the ability to get up to speed efficiently on new topics and tools • Confident handling of complex requirements and parallel projects • Basic technical understanding (e.g., APIs, system integrations) is an advantage • Team player with strong communication skills and confident stakeholder management • Fluent German language skills, written and spoken (C2 level); good English is an advantage.
