📋 Description

• Serve as the subject matter expert for a diverse portfolio of surety claims • Leverage strong legal, communication, investigation, and negotiation skills to drive claims to resolution • Appreciate the sensitive nature of surety claims and possess extensive knowledge of coverage, liability, and contract interpretation • Provide business support related to commercial surety bonds

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctorate • Five or more years of experience managing surety claims. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
