📋 Description

• Serve as point of contact for clients on low/mid-complexity work kicked off and in motion at the agency • Solicit client direction and input and manage client expectations • Organize and prioritize work across client responsibilities • Identify and mitigate project risks • Synthesize client interactions into actionable direction • Deliver high-quality work that exceeds client expectations • Manage pricing, budgets, reconciliation, billing, and financial status communication • Partner with Account, Creative, Finance, Strategy, and Technology teams from job activation through delivery • Define and activate project work with Account partners • Serve as organization hub for assigned clients and project work • Manage daily hot sheets and facilitate project workflow • Coordinate resource assignments with resource management • Facilitate agency-team communication, capture meeting notes, and outline next steps • Create and manage project timelines and resource assignments • Develop decision-making and problem-solving capabilities • Scope and estimate low/mid-complexity work • Prepare, support, and lead client submissions • Monitor and assign tasks to internal project teams • Run client and team meetings • Deliver projected monthly revenue • Ensure accurate financial projections with account management counterparts

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year of relevant experience, agency/pharma setting preferred • Ability to work well with cross functional teams • Extreme attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Client facing abilities • Solid presentation skills
