📋 Description

• Provide advanced scientific leadership across publications and medical affairs-focused projects • Take responsibility for scientific accuracy and strategic oversight across large workstreams or accounts • Drive scientific leadership across medical affairs deliverables, including advisory boards, congress materials, and slide decks • Provide advanced scientific review and strategic input aligned with client objectives • Lead client relationships within assigned accounts • Develop content and conduct high-level reviewing • Lead, mentor, onboard, and empower junior writers • Contribute to team development and resourcing • Contribute to business development, pitching, organic growth, and strategic initiatives • May line manage junior writers

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in a scientific or related field (advanced degree preferred) • Minimum 6 years’ experience in medical or scientific writing • Proven ability to manage diverse scientific content and ensure strategic alignment • Skilled in client relationship management and account oversight • Collaborative leadership skills and passion for line management, mentoring, and team development • Experience supporting business development initiatives and pitches • Excellent communication skills • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset • Oncology or Immunology therapeutic area experience is highly advantageous
