📋 Description

• Serve as a subject matter expert on statutory and regulatory, federal and state health policy-related issues impacting the pharmaceutical/ biotech sector, with a specific emphasis on vaccine policy • Support and assist in managing project teams to help solve complex client problems • Manage multiple clients, as well as short- and long-term deliverables • Solve complex client issues in a timely and appropriate manner with minimal management oversight • Manage a defined number of Associates and serve as a mentor and resource for colleagues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in health policy, public policy, healthcare management, public health, public administration, health economics, business administration, or a relevant discipline • 4+ years of relevant experience in a healthcare consulting role, vaccine manufacturer, or similar company focusing on policy and market access, marketing, or commercialization for vaccine products • Knowledge of the U.S. vaccine policy and market access landscape and how it differs from other medical benefit drugs • Demonstrated experience managing primary market research projects • Experience in project management, including tracking budgets, adhering to timelines and client engagement • Solid communication skills (written and verbal) • Hands-on experience developing market access resources and promotional/non-promotional materials (preferred) • Ability to develop qualitatively describe business cases for novel vaccine products based on access frameworks (preferred) • Experience overseeing and supervising work of staff members (additional skill) • Significant experience analyzing policy proposals, legislation, and/or regulation (additional skill)
