📋 Description

• Manage smaller accounts and standard projects independently, and assist with larger, more complex accounts • Understand key business and brand objectives and the therapy area • Support project finances, address out-of-scope issues, and recommend corrective actions • Communicate regularly with clients and internal and external stakeholders • Drive project timelines and ensure milestones are met • Coordinate resource allocation and project resource management • Identify and generate new opportunities within existing and new accounts • Develop budgets and manage out-of-scope tasks • Perform financial reconciliation on standard budgets and assist with complex budgets • Refine project management processes to resolve inefficiencies • Develop and update project timelines and schedules • Support account budget development and financial reporting • Assist in client invoicing and financial tracking • Lead internal and client status calls • Keep status sheets updated and ensure client responses are actioned promptly • Mentor Associate Project Managers and Project Coordinators • Participate in debrief meetings and implement feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in project management within a Medical Communications agency • Solid project management knowledge • Financial reporting skills • Proficiency with project management software • Time management and project prioritisation skills • Client-facing experience and ability to develop client relationships • Experience working on a global med affairs account (preferred)
