📋 Description

• Conceptualize, develop, and design integrated advertising campaign content based on strategic direction and digital tactics • Manage the creative process and ensure projects are strategically and creatively on point • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget • Develop concepts and layouts with senior art staff and copywriters for client, in-house, and new business projects • Prepare detailed layouts and storyboards • Create and format content • Work with the in-house art department, studio, and outside suppliers to complete comps • Collaborate with editorial and project management departments to meet deadlines • Execute initial concepts through final completion • Manage and lead entry-level designers/art directors; allocate personnel and outsource freelancers as appropriate • Monitor the overall quality of agency creative output and provide direction and leadership • Present creative in client meetings as requested • Handle multiple projects simultaneously and perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4-8 year’s creative/creative management experience with a digital agency • Pharmaceutical and/or medical device experience preferred • Must be self-motivated, professional, detail-oriented, and possess excellent oral and written communication skills • Comfortable working under pressure within tight deadlines • Advanced Adobe Creative Suite experience, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign • Strong communication and customer service skills with a commitment to superior quality • Advanced experience with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) • Proficient in Sketch • A digital portfolio of creative samples is required; pharmaceutical marketing samples preferred
