📋 Description

• Provide technical expertise to sales representatives, and customers during the sales process. • Perform technical sales support at customer sites or on a multiple-site basis. • Resolve technical product/service issues. • Assist customers during the sales process to maximize benefits derived from the organization's products and/or services. • Raise regional awareness by promoting Avantor’s value proposition. • Support the biopharma account management team with technical capabilities presentation. • Partner with technical end users to develop customer tailored Single Use products and solutions. • Build and sustain business relationships with customers to ensure brand loyalty. • Partner with sales management team in driving growth of the Fluid Handling and Production Chemical revenue and portfolio. • Champion internal alignment with sales/account management and product management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Engineering, or a related scientific discipline • 2+ years of experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing or in selling to the biopharma industry • A valid driver’s license is required • Microsoft Office, specifically Teams with preference for experience with CRM’s • Proven track record in achieving sales targets • Key account sales and management skills • Managing a sales pipeline • Territory and account strategy formulation and execution
