• Manage 40-50 inbound calls per day with compassion and empathy • Be the first point of contact for patients to seek information and ask questions regarding services • Navigate the ever-changing healthcare landscape with tailored training • Properly represent Aveanna and its values to patients
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a call center environment • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in the medical industry/ familiarity with medical terminology (preferably with DME and Home Healthcare) • High-school diploma or GED
