📋 Description

• assist our Spanish and English speaking customers • handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries • offer additional products on each customer interaction • assist customers with questions, personalizing the experience • confirm refunds, take payments, place orders, and analyze account data • opportunity for advancement and upward mobility • report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor

🎯 Requirements

• 12 months or more of customer service experience • Provide a distraction free work from home environment • Learn and work in a virtual environment • Communicate with a variety of styles • Navigate multiple systems and screens • Follow HSN computer system requirements • Troubleshoot own technical problems (partner with IT when needed) • Available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours
