• Deliver exceptional customer service for existing State Farm policyholders • Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, endorsements, and renewals • Support customers through the claims process and follow up as needed • Conduct policy reviews to ensure coverage remains accurate and complete • Identify opportunities to cross-sell or strengthen coverage within the existing book of business • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in State Farm systems • Collaborate with agency team members to deliver a seamless customer experience • Meet monthly in-book sales goals through needs-based recommendations
• Active Property & Casualty license required • Life & Health license required • Minimum 1 year prior State Farm agency experience required • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
