📋 Description

• Provide quality service by responding to telephonic, written and electronic inquiries • Navigate multiple system applications/screens to respond accurately • Thoroughly document all inquiries and actions taken • Complete employer-verified I-9 documentation • Complete a 4–6 week paid training program • Standard work hours transition to 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent • Minimum 1 year previous customer service experience • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high demand, structured service oriented environment • Ability to effectively deal with problems in varying situations and reach resolution in a timely manner • Must possess strong reasoning and analytical skills • Ability to use MS Excel/Word • Flexible; open to continued process improvement
