📋 Description

• Reviewing and processing changes to existing patient orders • Validating prescription accuracy and determining when updated documentation is required • Verifying insurance coverage and submitting or following up on authorizations • Calculating and verifying enteral formula requirements • Navigating insurance and payer portals • Maintaining accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation • Communicating with patients and internal teams as needed to resolve order issues

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of healthcare administrative, order processing, or insurance experience • Home health, DME, or enteral experience preferred • Insurance authorization knowledge a plus • High school diploma or GED required
