📋 Description

• Identify potential AI, Healthcare and MedTech companies with financing or strategic capital needs • Leverage existing network to generate qualified deal opportunities • Identify companies currently raising capital or preparing for growth, expansion or strategic transactions • Establish warm introductions to founders, CEOs, CFOs and other senior decision-makers • Initially qualify opportunities regarding financing requirements, company stage and mandate potential • Identify potential Fundraising, Capital Raising, M&A and Strategic Advisory mandates • Build and maintain a high-quality Healthcare & MedTech deal pipeline • Work closely with Avertis Group to evaluate and develop qualified opportunities • Where appropriate, support opportunities through to mandate acquisition

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Deal Sourcing, Equity Sales, Business Development, Fundraising, M&A, Investment, Corporate Finance or Advisory • Specific focus on Healthcare, MedTech, HealthTech, Life Sciences, Biotech, Diagnostics or Medical Devices • Established, verifiable and currently active network within the sector • Direct access to founders, CEOs, executives, investors or other relevant decision-makers • Demonstrable track record of originating, supporting or executing transactions, mandates or capital raises, evidenced by an anonymised deal sheet or transaction overview • Strong understanding of financing and investment processes • Entrepreneurial, independent and results-oriented mindset • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to identify and qualify high-value opportunities • Proven ability to generate or access opportunities with EUR 2 million+ financing/investment potential is a strong advantage
