📋 Description

‱ Support talent acquisition efforts for manufacturing operations ‱ Partner with site business leaders and hiring teams to craft recruiting strategies and fill open positions within North American operations ‱ Implement creative candidate sourcing and engagement strategies ‱ Lead divisional talent acquisition projects to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and site partnership ‱ Execute end-to-end recruitment for hourly and manufacturing positions, including sourcing, phone screening, candidate selection guidance, and offer/pre-employment process management ‱ Use ATS, Google products, TA technology, and internet sourcing tools to build talent pipelines ‱ Forecast hiring needs with HR teams and business leaders ‱ Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and lead weekly or bi-weekly staffing update meetings ‱ Benchmark and enhance recruiting processes and participate in training sessions ‱ Analyze hiring trends using data-driven insights and provide progress updates ‱ Ensure consistent communication across teams and handle administrative tasks

🎯 Requirements

‱ Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of high-volume recruiting experience ‱ 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience required ‱ Experience in high-volume recruitment and/or manufacturing operations preferred ‱ Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment technologies, and internet sourcing tools ‱ Solid knowledge of OFCCP and EEO guidelines ‱ Experience advising clients on compliance requirements ‱ Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills ‱ Ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels ‱ Ability to make independent decisions and adapt to shifting priorities ‱ Successful completion of a comprehensive background check and drug screening post-offer as a condition of employment
