âą Support talent acquisition efforts for manufacturing operations âą Partner with site business leaders and hiring teams to craft recruiting strategies and fill open positions within North American operations âą Implement creative candidate sourcing and engagement strategies âą Lead divisional talent acquisition projects to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and site partnership âą Execute end-to-end recruitment for hourly and manufacturing positions, including sourcing, phone screening, candidate selection guidance, and offer/pre-employment process management âą Use ATS, Google products, TA technology, and internet sourcing tools to build talent pipelines âą Forecast hiring needs with HR teams and business leaders âą Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and lead weekly or bi-weekly staffing update meetings âą Benchmark and enhance recruiting processes and participate in training sessions âą Analyze hiring trends using data-driven insights and provide progress updates âą Ensure consistent communication across teams and handle administrative tasks
âą Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of high-volume recruiting experience âą 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience required âą Experience in high-volume recruitment and/or manufacturing operations preferred âą Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment technologies, and internet sourcing tools âą Solid knowledge of OFCCP and EEO guidelines âą Experience advising clients on compliance requirements âą Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills âą Ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels âą Ability to make independent decisions and adapt to shifting priorities âą Successful completion of a comprehensive background check and drug screening post-offer as a condition of employment
