📋 Description

• Performs comprehensive health assessments of pulmonary rehab patients. • Monitors patients' progress and adjusts rehabilitation plans. • Works closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. • Provides regular updates on patient progress to the healthcare team. • Offers motivation and emotional support to patients.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in respiratory care or a related field. • BLS (Required) • CPFT or RPFT (Required) • CRT or RRT (Required) • 3+ years of experience working in a clinical or rehabilitation setting with pulmonary patients. • Knowledge of pulmonary disease management, cardiopulmonary rehab prescription, and behavior change techniques. • Motivational and goal-oriented approach to patient care.
