📋 Description

• Monitor and maintain assigned referral WorkQueues in Epic • Update referral status, scheduling information, benefit details and other relevant information in Epic • Identify and escalate referrals that are missing information or require additional action to the clinical team • Conduct ineligibility notification calls, providing clear explanations • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR and Aviary Health systems • Coordinate with the Aviary Health Care Team • Report to the Clinical Eligibility Lead

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working in a clinical administrative role • Epic or general EMR: 3 years • Medical terminology: 1 year • Proficient computer skills, including experience with Zoom, Google Suite, and EMR experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Understanding of patient confidentiality and HIPAA requirements • Availability Monday-Friday, 2-3 hours per day/10-15 hours per week • 1099 Contractor position only
