📋 Description

• Oversee successful, seamless, on-schedule, and in-budget software project delivery • Work in complex and ambiguous environments • Develop and execute project plans with clients, including milestones, tasks, and resource allocation • Communicate with and foster relationships among internal and external stakeholders • Identify and communicate risks to project outcomes • Deliver quality project deliverables on time • Prepare regular project status reports • Maintain comprehensive project documentation • Analyze project data and metrics • Collaborate with enterprise organizations to support interoperability across teams and technologies

🎯 Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of technical project management experience in technology software implementation and lifecycle management • Ability to advise clients confidently in ambiguous and complex environments • Ability to ramp up quickly and learn new technologies with minimal lag time • Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, and able to work with various team styles • High EQ and responsive approach • Exceptional communication skills and ability to tailor communication to stakeholders • Ability to adapt to varied projects and demonstrate flexibility • Familiarity with schedule and project management tools such as Notion, Smartsheet, and MS Project • Ability to work on Dubai Time Zone • Familiarity with e-builder, Procore, Tableau, Power BI, or Microsoft 365 • Construction, real estate, or technology experience preferred • Consulting experience preferred • Experience working with complex business organizations preferred • Ability to bring new thoughts and ideas to drive innovation and unique solutions
