📋 Description

• Install Avidity Science systems according to customer drawings and company specifications • Interpret drawings and instructions • Update as-built details on drawings after installation and submit them to the office • Supervise contractors during installations as required • Provide initial system training to customers • Update the Installation Coordinator and Project Managers daily on job status • Perform preventative maintenance on Avidity Science products • Provide warranty service and support • Provide emergency service and support • Review system installations and begin system commissioning • Prepare appropriate reports • Complete product certification for Avidity Science products

🎯 Requirements

• An Associate’s degree or similar trade experience • Minimum of three years' experience in servicing, troubleshooting and supporting electrical or electro-mechanical systems at external customer facilities • Knowledge of standard manufacturing and business tools, including Microsoft Office • In-depth industry knowledge and understanding of customer needs and requirements • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in written business correspondence • Ability to learn quickly and independently • Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments • Ability to articulate and apply a customer value proposition for Avidity Science solutions • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, facility drawings and project requirements • Ability to interface with customers and contractors • Ability to translate technical product knowledge to both technical and non-technical customers • Ability to manage assigned tasks within scheduled commitments • Professional level presentation skills • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills • Basic understanding of water chemistry • Ability to comprehend and utilize start-up and maintenance manuals • Basic computer and networking skills • Basic plumbing and electrical understanding • 95% travel is required
