• Building pipeline through outbound sales efforts into your territory, engaging prospects to generate new business opportunities • Manage the sales process for your assigned accounts, including: Conducting discovery calls to understand prospective clients' scholarship processes. Delivering demonstrations of the AwardSpring platform. Engaging with multiple stakeholders across departments in higher education institutions. Articulating client challenges and presenting AwardSpring’s solutions effectively. Driving deals to close using a structured and confident sales approach. • Collaborate with the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to qualify leads and opportunities. • Travel to industry conferences and visit prospective customers to win deals. Expected travel for this position is 3-5 business days per month.
• 1-3 years of sales experience, with SaaS experience a plus • Results-driven with excellent organizational and time-management abilities • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders • Willingness to participate in a fast paced, high growth environment • Must be coachable • Bachelor’s degree required
