• Support the Director of Clinical Operations in driving clinical excellence, operational consistency, and strategic initiatives across care centers • Coordinate clinical operations initiatives and priorities • Support implementation and maintenance of clinical workflows, policies, and standardized procedures • Track action items, project timelines, deliverables, milestones, risks, dependencies, and implementation progress • Coordinate follow-up activities from meetings, committees, and operational reviews • Serve as liaison between clinical, operational, and administrative teams • Maintain clinical policies, procedures, workflows, and related documentation • Assist with policy development, formatting, review, approval, distribution, and routine updates • Maintain current, organized, version-controlled, and regulatory-compliant documents • Support patient education materials and clinical resources • Collect, organize, and report quality and operational performance data • Support quality improvement initiatives by tracking action plans, milestones, and outcomes • Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and committee materials • Coordinate Clinical Quality Assurance Committee activities and follow-up actions • Partner with Data & Analytics teams to monitor performance metrics • Support communications for new workflows, policies, and operational changes • Develop and distribute clinical operations updates and communications • Coordinate training schedules and stakeholder notifications • Track implementation activities and gather feedback from care center teams • Support value-based care initiatives, workflows, reporting, communication, training, and performance improvement • Maintain compliance documentation and records • Support audits, inspections, and compliance reviews • Coordinate documentation related to HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA, and other regulatory requirements • Monitor review schedules and corrective action plans • Coordinate meetings, committee sessions, and leadership workgroups • Prepare agendas, meeting materials, minutes, and action-item logs • Support special projects and operational initiatives as assigned
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Sciences, Nursing, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field • Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical administration, healthcare project coordination, quality improvement, or a related healthcare support function • Prior clinical patient care or clinical support experience required • Strong organizational, project coordination, and time-management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams • Experience preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment • Knowledge of healthcare operations, quality improvement, and compliance requirements • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately • Preferred: 5+ years of healthcare operations or clinical administration experience • Preferred: Experience supporting physician practices, ambulatory care, multi-site healthcare organizations, or value-based care programs • Preferred: Familiarity with HIPAA, OSHA, and CLIA requirements • Preferred: Experience with EHR systems and healthcare reporting tools • Preferred: Healthcare project management experience • CAPM, PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar project management certification preferred • Preferred: Knowledge of value-based care programs, quality metrics, and performance improvement methodologies • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
