📋 Description

• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and policies. • Apply working knowledge of CMMC Level 1 and Level 2 requirements. • Scope client environments to determine applicable compliance obligations, including Microsoft 365 GCC or Microsoft 365 GCC High needs. • Evaluate network architecture and physical security considerations. • Work through scoping questionnaires and Consent to Proceed internally and with clients. • Participate in creating implementation timelines. • Lead client discussions and answer questions regarding scoping, biweekly meetings, CyberSecurity Maintenance Checklist activities, and assessment preparation. • Maintain clear, complete, and accurate ticket documentation as potential assessment evidence. • Follow naming conventions, templates, and client implementation plans. • Provide direction to team members on CMMC questions. • Work with the Compliance Officer for direction and the GRC Admin on documentation preparation. • Serve as an internal subject matter expert on CMMC-related matters and ensure consistent interpretation and application of requirements across engagements.

🎯 Requirements

• CCA Training Required • Strong experience in a Microsoft 365 GCC or GCCH environment • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely. • Strong interest in compliance, security, and regulated IT environments. • Comfortable working in structured, checklist-driven workflows. • Willingness to ask questions rather than improvise. • Strong written communication skills for documentation and tickets. • Reliability and consistency in task execution. • MSP Experience in structured service environments (Preferred, Not Required) • Technical writing (Preferred, Not Required) • Gone through 5 C3PAO Assessments (Preferred, Not Required)
