📋 Description

• Perform Microsoft 365 GCC and GCCH tenant builds using current build documentation and step-by-step instructions • Follow build procedures exactly as written, without modification or optimization • Use checklists to confirm each required step is completed and validated • Record build evidence and completion notes suitable for future CMMC assessment review • Escalate discrepancies or unclear steps rather than making assumptions or changes • Report build issues, conflicts, or missing documentation immediately • Execute monthly Cyber Maintenance Checklist tickets for CMMC-scoped tenants • Review tenant configurations for alignment with documented baselines • Document findings clearly and consistently for audit and assessment purposes • Open remediation tickets when deviations are identified • Maintain clear, complete, and accurate ticket documentation • Treat all documentation as potential assessment evidence • Avoid undocumented changes or undocumented work under all circumstances • Follow naming conventions, templates, and evidence storage standards

🎯 Requirements

• IT Certifications (such as CompTIA SecurityX/CASP+, CompTIA PenTest+ or CompTIA Security+) • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely • Strong interest in compliance, security, and regulated IT environments • Comfortable working in structured, checklist-driven workflows • Willingness to ask questions rather than improvise • Work hours 8:30am-5:30pm Eastern Standard Time
