📋 Description

• Draft, review, negotiate, and structure complex cloud services, SaaS, and technology agreements with strategic enterprise customers • Provide practical legal and commercial guidance for sophisticated, fast-moving sales transactions • Partner with sales and cross-functional stakeholders on commercially significant deals while addressing legal and compliance considerations • Develop creative, solution-oriented approaches to complex contracting and negotiation challenges • Apply strong judgment and attention to detail in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment • Learn and apply the client’s established deal frameworks and negotiation style

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of commercial contracting experience focused on cloud or SaaS agreements • Proven experience supporting Go-to-Market (GTM) teams and partnering with sales organizations on complex commercial transactions • Proven success supporting sophisticated, fast-moving sales organizations • Strong executive presence and effective communication with senior stakeholders and demanding customers • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage increased workloads during quarter-end and year-end • Juris Doctor degree or equivalent • Licensed to practice law in an applicable jurisdiction • Experience with AI-related technologies or AI contracting preferred • Creative, solution-oriented approach to complex commercial and contracting issues preferred • Successful background check, proof of identity, and necessary legal authorization to work may be required
