📋 Description

• Counsel several of our sophisticated and diverse clients, including highly innovative global technology companies. • Provide legal advice to teams from Research & Development, Marketing and Engineering, Product Management, Advertising Sales, Marketing & Communications from the initial stages of product development to launch. • Support business teams by building consensus on projects from design to launch, including new features, products and services, and programs. • Review global products, features, and platforms to provide practical legal risk mitigation strategies focused on company goals. • Remain up to date on relevant industry, data privacy, consumer protection, and advertising laws and regulations to ensure an ongoing ability to provide thoughtful and relevant advice.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience at a top law firm and/or in-house department as product, technology, commercial, privacy, or IP counsel; engineers with a law degree also encouraged to apply • Experience taking on complex projects • Active bar license for the state in which you physically reside in.
