📋 Description
• Provide legal counsel and support to clients on the development, financing, and implementation of renewable energy projects • Advise clients on regulatory compliance matters related to renewable energy projects • Assist clients in structuring and negotiating renewable energy transactions • Structure, draft, review and negotiate tax equity and debt financing documentation
🎯 Requirements
• Active bar license in the state in which you reside. • Minimum of 5+ years of experience practicing law, with a focus on renewable energy • Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state laws and regulations governing renewable energy • Utilities experience preferred. • Experience working start to finish with renewable energy projects
