📋 Description

• Monitor incoming submissions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Axios standards • Review, edit, and post listings on Marketplace boards and within the Charlotte newsletter • Ensure timely client communication, updates, and post-campaign performance reporting • Promote the semi-service model to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Editorial teams to improve processes and enhance client and reader experience • Maintain internal tracking documents for listings, promotions, and communications • Track and analyze performance trends and provide data-driven recommendations for optimizations and product improvements • Help scale Axios Local Marketplace as it expands into additional markets

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working on community management or social programs • Business development or account management experience • Digital marketing, social execution, and copywriting experience • Love of building something new and putting process into place • Customer-centric mindset • Data-driven decision-maker • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Minimum of 1-2 years of client success, account management, or marketing experience (media or digital advertising preferred) • Expected to actively develop AI literacy and use AI tools to enhance productivity, creativity, and efficiency
