• Empower school-aged children by using evidence-based strategies to support positive behavior, social skills, and academic success • Provide individualized behavior intervention plans • Collaborate with families and educators • Help students thrive through consistent, data-driven support
🎯 Requirements
• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis • National Board Behavior Analysis Certificate (BCBA) • Certified Ohio Behavioral Analyst Certificate (COBA) • OH BCI/FBI Clearance Letters OR Valid OH DOE license as proof of clearance • 2+ years of experience in a school setting with IEP experience
