• Help students build the practical, emotional, and physical skills needed for greater independence in school and daily life • Deliver virtual occupational therapy sessions • Bring creativity and clinical insight to each session • Adapt strategies to students’ environments and unique needs • Support student function, confidence, and participation in education • Work with colleagues and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment • Troubleshoot challenges independently and manage time and tasks efficiently

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program • Ohio Board License in Occupational Therapy • Ohio Department of Education 5-year Pupil Services License • 2+ years of experience in a school setting • Demonstrates ethical behavior, respects policies, and takes ownership of responsibilities • Works effectively with colleagues and contributes to a positive, team-oriented environment • Maintains a growth mindset, responds well to challenges, and can troubleshoot independently • Shows cultural sensitivity and consistently manages time and tasks efficiently
