📋 Description

• Partner with public safety agencies to understand operational needs, design solutions, and configure software supporting mission-critical work • Collaborate with customers to configure systems and achieve business outcomes • Capture customer voice and desired outcomes to create business process documentation, including user stories, workflows, and functional requirements • Discover complex business requirements and work with Technical Business Analysts, Project Managers, Solution Architects, and Product teams to design and deliver solutions • Assess impact and feasibility of proposed solutions, evaluate alternatives, and deliver agency-outcome-focused solutions • Design, administer, and document functional/user acceptance tests and training • Translate complex business requirements into quality technical configurations • Apply Axon best practices to software configurations, troubleshoot technical challenges, and ensure continuity in environment structure

🎯 Requirements

• Registered 2026 AfroTech attendee; must be attending AfroTech 2026 to apply through this posting • Bachelor in Business, Operations, Computer Science, or Engineering, or equivalent • 2-3+ years of relevant SaaS implementation experience • Experience working with or in Law Enforcement • Experience managing process improvement or facilitating change management amongst teams • Demonstrated outcome-driven thinking and ability to make hard tradeoff assessments • Self-starter who thrives with problem-solving and embraces ambiguity • Willingness to join forces and drive company-wide initiatives across multiple departments • Technical delivery experience and/or coding language knowledge • Must pass a Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) background check and maintain confidential and highly sensitive information • Willingness to travel up to 60%
