📋 Description

• Originate high quality residential mortgages across the United States • Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine preliminary home loan eligibility • Recommend mortgage products within customers' budgets • Consult with customers about current and future needs and help them achieve financial goals • Provide the best possible customer service • Stay informed of available loan types and financial services and products • Identify and construct lending solutions based on unique homeownership goals • Actively manage leads and meet minimum conversion (lead to fund) requirements • Build a network of real estate agent partners

🎯 Requirements

• Prefer 1+ years' of sales experience or retail lending • Flexible and adaptable, learn and react quickly at a faster than average pace • Strong sense of urgency and initiative to get things done • Sales oriented • Successfully pass a credit check, criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screening, including marijuana screening • Sit for extended periods of time • Manual dexterity and coordination while operating standard office equipment • Employment eligibility verification through E-Verify/right-to-work requirements in the United States
