📋 Description

• Oversees, prepares and negotiates legal documents including software licenses, services agreements, vendor contracts, and nondisclosure agreements. • Privacy and security experience with data protection agreements and similar agreements. • Manages the legal activities of the company with the objective of protecting the company's interests and providing assistance to managers concerning how laws and regulations impact their functional areas. • Manage all documents through the legal process. • Prepares and reviews proposed contracts, formal agreements and other legal instruments. • Manages license compliance, audits of customers. • On a daily basis manages all software licensing activities and software contract activities. • Partners closely with Sales and other internal teams (including Sales, Finance, and Operations) with respect to legal matters and contract disposition.

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school • Active membership in good standing with a U.S. state bar • At least 2 years of software licensing and commercial contracting experience • Strong negotiation, communication, and business partnership skills
