📋 Description

• Simplify complex technical workflows into clear, user-friendly designs. • Conduct user research and competitive analysis to propose experience-based improvements that will give us an advantage over our competitors. • Work closely with other designers, product management, developers, and stakeholders to ensure the highest design-implementation standards. • Advocate for best practices in responsive design, accessibility, and semantic UI. • Contribute to the development and implementation of our design system.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency with design tools (Figma - primary tool, Adobe XD) • Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus • Understanding of the latest global accessibility regulations and recommendations • Proven ability to simplify complex concepts into intuitive interfaces • Strong collaboration and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and timelines while consistently meeting commitments and deadlines • Curiosity, user empathy and understanding, and a continuous learning mindset • Innovative, creative spirit with an appreciation of and skill for creating simple yet elegant design
