📋 Description

• Develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap on an ongoing basis • Drive discovery activities with users, design, and technical team members to create effective, quantifiably valuable solutions • Lead cross-functional teams to realize product concepts and bring them to market • Produce quality work with a strong sense of urgency • Respond quickly to changing market and business dynamics through collaboration with stakeholders, delivery teams, and leadership • Support the Production Support team by analyzing escalated issues • Manage an external-facing software product with AI/ML components • Translate complex technical roadmaps into software requirements that iteratively deliver value • Communicate a business-focused vision to stakeholders and internal leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience • 10+ years of experience working on an external facing software product while in a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Product Owner role • Experience with healthcare staffing, workforce planning, scheduling software, processes or integrations is preferred • AI/ML experience a plus • Demonstrated understanding of modern product discovery and product delivery techniques and methods • Proven ability to engage constructively and collaboratively with engineers, designers, and company leaders • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills • Initiative and responsiveness • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence across functions and disciplines
