📋 Description

• Lead model-based coordination and digital delivery across complex AEC projects while supporting client relationships, strategic pursuits, and firm growth • Align BIM/VDC scope, schedule, budget, and staffing with overall project goals • Serve as primary BIM/VDC point of contact for owners, design teams, contractors, trade partners, and internal staff • Establish QA/QC protocols for models, documentation, and coordination milestones; identify risks early and recommend mitigation strategies • Support and guide Project Leads in running multidisciplinary coordination meetings • Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, design partners, and industry stakeholders • Develop and maintain BIM/VDC standards, templates, workflows, and best practices across projects and offices • Supervise, mentor, and develop BIM/VDC coordinators, specialists, and modelers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; equivalent experience considered • 8+ years in BIM, VDC, construction technology, or digital project delivery; 3+ years leading BIM/VDC on complex AEC projects • Demonstrated experience supporting client relationships, pursuits, proposals, or presentations • Advanced proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Forma, and similar platforms • Experience developing BIM Execution Plans, clash detection workflows, and model standards • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills; ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
