📋 Description

• Answering and directing incoming calls to the appropriate department or individual • Greeting and assisting visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner • Managing and scheduling appointments and conference calls • Responding to emails and other forms of communication in a timely and professional manner • Maintaining and updating client records and databases • Providing administrative support to various departments as needed • Assisting with special projects and tasks as assigned by management • Upholding company policies and procedures and maintaining confidentiality at all times

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively • Reliable internet connection and home office setup
