📋 Description
• Build and improve custom AI agents and agentic workflows for field marketing, content, digital marketing, and marketing operations • Collect team feedback and iterate on AI agents and workflows • Learn and use Zapier, MCP connectors, and LLM integrations to automate processes in the existing martech stack • Help build and maintain Model Context Protocol (MCP) connectors across marketing applications • Build a shared library of prompts, skills, and brand voice frameworks • Document guardrails for AI tool usage • Work through marketing’s AI backlog and ship useful projects regularly • Help run office hours and guide teammates through new tools • Document and share lessons learned, successful approaches, and next steps • Explore and evaluate AI tools with data security and integration standards in mind • Potentially work on RAG, multimodal AI, or advanced agent designs as stretch projects • Report to the Sr. Director, Marketing Operations
🎯 Requirements
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a similarly technical field, or able to demonstrate equivalent self-taught technical ability • Hands-on experience building with LLMs such as Claude, GPT, or Gemini beyond casual chatbot use • Must be able to show and explain something personally built, such as a script, bot, automation, class project, or hack • Comfortable reading and writing code in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages • Able to work with APIs and technical documentation • Willingness to learn quickly in a rapidly changing field • Able to explain technical concepts to non-technical marketing stakeholders • Genuine interest in marketing and go-to-market operations • Exposure to automation platforms such as Zapier or n8n, or to MarTech systems, is helpful but not required • Experience with multimodal AI is a plus but not required • Must satisfy US employment eligibility requirements; employment is contingent on reference and background checks
