The service works nationwide and supports individuals, families, and partner organizations such as home health providers and clinics.

📋 Description

• Learn Baba's systems, tools, technology, and partners while applying clinical expertise to patient interactions • Conduct brief telehealth intake visits and initial evaluations for patients with behavioral health and advocacy needs • Identify and prioritize patient needs to maintain a streamlined care continuum • Oversee patient care plans with healthcare advocates, addressing social determinants of health including food resources, transportation access, and support at home • Collaborate with the technology team to develop AI tools that enhance the clinical experience • Help build a new patient care program for Medicare-aged patients • Work in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment

🎯 Requirements

• Board certification in adult psychiatry (Required) • Licensed in multiple states (Required) • Prior experience working with Medicare patients • Proficiency with EMRs, care management platforms, and telehealth workflows • Superior communication skills, listening, and empathy • Comfort working with adults of all ages with behavioral health, medical, and health-related social needs • Prior experience delivering care via telehealth • Bilingual a plus • Legally authorized to work in the US • Must hold multiple state Psychiatrist licenses • IMLC status requested in the application
