📋 Description

• Draft, negotiate, and review of commercial transactions, contracts and agreements; providing counsel regarding interpretation of active contracts, and handling contractual dispute resolution. • Significant involvement in contractual matters throughout entire contract lifecycle, from formation to termination, for agreements pertaining to diverse subjects • Manage multiple contracts and projects in a deadline driven environment • Work with the legal and risk management department and business leadership to assist/lead on a variety of projects related to process improvements, risk mitigation and legal policy development • Collaborate with external vendors and legal counsel as necessary

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctorate required • At least 3 years of experience in a law firm (preferably Am Law 100 firm) or as an in house corporate attorney • Ability to work effectively within a demanding, deadline-driven environment • Experience with information privacy laws, HIPPA, PHI, BAA and related agreements and information privacy laws preferred • Knowledge of employment law a plus • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel is required • Project Management experience preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or as a member of a team required • Travel up to 10%
