📋 Description

• Create, maintain, and manage documentation for healthcare applications, technical workflows, and operational processes • Collaborate with healthcare SMEs, IT teams, and Community Connect teams to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness • Develop clear, concise, and user-friendly materials to support system transitions and workflow optimization • Track project deliverables and timelines to ensure milestones and deadlines are met • Build strong internal and external relationships to support collaboration and project success

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. Experience in lieu of a degree may be accepted. • Strong understanding of healthcare applications and healthcare network terminology • Knowledge of clinical and/or business workflows within a healthcare provider environment • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities • High attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects within established timelines • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Ability to build strong professional relationships and collaborate effectively across teams
