📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of financial analysts responsible for accurate revenue recognition, project margin analytics. • Partner with service line leaders and the Enterprise Pricing CoE to monitor revenue trends and project performance post-pricing. • Identify repetitive, manual tasks suitable for automation to improve efficiency. • Lead the design and implementation of automation solutions and AI driven analytics. • Partner with Technology and Operations teams to deploy AI tools for forecasting and anomaly detection. • Monitor trends in delivery performance and margin optimization opportunities. • Partner with the Data Analytics team to establish data governance frameworks.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related field required. • MBA, CPA or advanced degree preferred. • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, delivery margin analytics, or cost optimization, including 2+ years in a team leadership or managerial role preferred. • Experience managing financial analytics or shared service teams. • Experience in Workday/SAP and automation platforms (UiPath, Power Automate, Alteryx) • Advanced Excel and data analytics skills, SQL, Python
