• Work directly with developers, project managers, and customers to define and translate functional business requirements into software solutions • Manage multiple customers simultaneously to design and support software solutions • Gather and define requirements with key client stakeholders • Design solutions, communicate with development teams, test units and integrations, train users, and support transition to professional services • Maintain deep knowledge of Sage Intacct core and advanced modules and current product enhancements • Define and support rollout of specialized solutions integrating with Sage Intacct • Develop and communicate project plans and support on-time, on-budget execution • Conduct training for customer end-users and relate system functionality to business requirements • Document customer business requirements into software solutions and business management processes • Respond to customer technical support issues related to newly developed solutions • Coordinate project execution with Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing, and Customer Success • Deliver prompt, concise, friendly communications and high-quality service • Contribute to the knowledge repository of deployment best practices and enhance service delivery tools and repeatability • Serve as an escalation point for project issues • Network and build relationships internally and with clients • Support team member growth through the Baker Tilly Care and Teach philosophy
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in accounting, MIS or computer science • Five (5)+ years’ experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial applications, or other SaaS solutions and/or experience as a business analyst working with core accounting and finance software • Consulting or business analyst experience communicating with customers or end users and technical development staff on system issues, modifications, and new software deployment desired • Ability to deploy advanced business analytics skills solving complex problems and interpreting customer requirements into deliverable solutions • Experience in assessing client requirements across a broad array of business processes • Programming/coding experience is a nice-to-have • Advanced proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, macros, etc.) is a nice-to-have • Experience supporting or using Sage Intacct is a differentiator • Demonstrated skills in time management, communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration, and problem solving • Strong leadership, project management, organizational and analytical skills, initiative, and adaptability • Microsoft Suite skills • Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred
