📋 Description

• Develop technical solutions that exceed client expectations and simplify processes • Lead client calls to discover requirements and review technical development • Create daily and weekly client touch points and client training • Build custom reports and assist with building architecture, flow automation on the Salesforce platform • Configure Salesforce automation, security settings across Salesforce Clouds and connected apps

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required • Minimum 1 year relevant experience with Management or Technology Consulting experience preferred • Salesforce Administrator Certification (Admin 201) required • Fully proficient in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Data Loader • Certified Salesforce Cloud Consultant and Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator (Admin 211) preferred • Experience implementing databases and building custom applications on the Salesforce platform • Experience building simple decision models from complex logic requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint) with fluency in Excel and Google Sheets • Ability to work in Eastern Standard Time hours
