📋 Description

• Develop technical solutions that exceed client expectations, anticipate business needs, and simplify processes • Lead client calls to discover requirements and review technical development • Create daily and weekly client touch points • Deliver client training • Build custom reports • Assist with Salesforce architecture, including objects, fields, page layouts, and flow automation • Build declarative Salesforce components, including Apps and Lightning Pages • Create roll-up fields, formula fields, and record-level reports • Configure Salesforce architecture, automation, and security settings across Salesforce Clouds and connected apps • Install and configure Salesforce AppExchange applications, proprietary applications, and integrations • Interpret data models and resulting system architecture from business requirements • Draft comprehensive technical documentation for consultants, engineering, and clients • Document client discovery requirements and artifacts • Design recommended solutions based on technical requirements and determine the best approach • Discuss data model considerations internally and with clients and propose recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required • Minimum 1 year relevant experience • Salesforce Administrator Certification (Admin 201) • Fully proficient in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Data Loader • Experience implementing databases and building custom applications on Salesforce • Experience building simple decision models from complex logic requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, and Google Sheets • Ability to work Eastern Standard Time hours • Management or Technology Consulting experience preferred • Certified Salesforce Cloud Consultant preferred • Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator (Admin 211) preferred
